Bbajji Terms & Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the entity operating the bbajji platform and the user of its services ("Member"). Please read these Terms in full before using the bbajji website, mobile application, or any related services.

Bbajji believes transparency is the best policy. That's why we've made every effort to write our terms in plain, straightforward language so every member knows exactly what they're agreeing to. These terms may be updated from time to time — the latest version will always be available on this page.

Account Registration & Eligibility

Opening an account with bbajji requires meeting certain eligibility conditions. Applications that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted, and bbajji reserves the right to close any existing account that fails to comply.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register. bbajji does not allow accounts for minors.
• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.
• A national ID card, passport, or driving licence may be required for identity verification.
• Bbajji reserves the right to restrict access to its services for users from certain regions or countries.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

All financial transactions on bbajji are processed through secure, encrypted channels. The key payment rules are outlined below.

• We recommend using the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal — this is a mandatory security requirement.
• Bbajji generally does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider's own fees may apply.
• Bbajji reserves the right to hold and review payments in cases of suspicious transactions.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets on bbajji are managed in a fair and transparent manner. Odds are set in line with international standards, and independent data providers are used to verify results.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — except in specific circumstances such as a match being cancelled or postponed.
• If a match is cancelled, bbajji will either refund the full stake or offer an alternative outcome, depending on the circumstances.
• Bbajji reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same match ("arbitrage betting") is strictly prohibited and any such bets will be voided.
• Minimum bet is ৳20; maximum bet varies by market.

Bonus Terms of Use

Bbajji offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirements, clearly stated on the bonus page. The general rules are outlined below.

• The welcome bonus is for new members only — each person is eligible once.
• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after meeting the specified wagering requirement (typically 5–20x).
• Wagering must be completed within the specified period after claiming a bonus — the bonus will be forfeited if the deadline is not met.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in your account being suspended.
• Bbajji reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

Strictly Prohibited Actions

Bbajji is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system or claim the same bonus more than once.
• Money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Spreading false information with the intent to damage bbajji's reputation or services.

Personal Data Protection

• Only data necessary for service delivery and improvement is collected.
• Information may be disclosed to regulatory authorities where legally required.
• Personal data may be corrected or deleted upon a member's request, unless retention is required by law.

Account Closure & Suspension

Either party may close an account at any time. Members wishing to close their account voluntarily can do so by contacting support. bbajji may terminate an account without notice under the following circumstances.

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Failure to pass identity verification or if false information is found to have been provided.
• If there is suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
• Account inactive for an extended period (24 months).

If a balance remains at the time of account closure and no terms have been violated, any remaining funds will be returned.

Updates & Changes to Terms

Bbajji reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
